Internship Terms and Conditions

At Bluestock Fintech, we offer a professional internship program where interns actively contribute to our ongoing company projects. This is not a training or course-based program; rather, interns will gain experience by working on real-world tasks assigned by the company.
To ensure a transparent and structured internship process, all interns must agree to the following terms:
Important Guidelines:
- 1. Transparency First – The ₹196 fees is required at the time of joining.
- 2. Non-Refundable – The fees for certificate, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Read More
- 3. No Employment Relationship – This is an internship opportunity to gain practical experience, not a job contract.
- 4. Internship Completion Requirement – A certificate is awarded only upon successful completion of the assigned work and duration. In soft copy format (JPG/PDF)
- 5. The fee covers only Internship certification
Work Assignments & Responsibilities
- Bluestock Fintech holds the sole right to decide what work will be assigned to each intern.
- Interns will work on ongoing company projects and must complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- No Specific Training Provided – This is a hands-on internship, not a structured training program. Interns cannot claim that Bluestock Fintech did not provide training or guidance per their expectations.
- Failure to perform assigned work may lead to termination from the internship.
Commitment and Duration:
- a. The intern is expected to complete the entire duration of the internship as agreed upon during the onboarding process.
- b. Any requests for early termination must be submitted in writing and approved by the internship coordinator.
Conduct and Behavior:
- a. Interns are required to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with fellow interns, developers, and senior members of the team.
- b. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Work Performance:
- a. Interns are expected to diligently perform assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- b. Consistent poor performance or failure to meet expectations may result in termination of the internship.
Confidentiality:
- Interns must not disclose, share, or discuss any confidential company information with external parties.
- This includes but is not limited to proprietary software, financial data, and any other sensitive company-related information.
- By submitting the joining letter application, the intern automatically agrees to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). A separate NDA document is not required.
Internship Termination
- Bluestock Fintech reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time if:
- The intern violates any terms and conditions.
- The intern fails to complete assigned work.
- The intern engages in misconduct.
Intellectual Property:
- a. Any work, code, or intellectual property created during the internship is the property of Bluestock Fintech.
- b. Interns are prohibited from using or sharing company-owned intellectual property for personal gain.
Communication:
- a. Interns are expected to maintain clear and open communication with their mentors and team members.
- b. Regular attendance in team meetings and updates on work progress are essential.
Nondisclosure Agreement:
- Interns must not disclose, share, or discuss any confidential company information with external parties.
- This includes but is not limited to proprietary software, financial data, and any other sensitive company-related information.
- By submitting the joining letter application, the intern automatically agrees to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). A separate NDA document is not required.
Full-Time Employment:
- a. The decision to offer a full-time position after the internship period depends on company needs and intern performance.
- b. Completion of the internship does not guarantee a full-time job commitment from Bluestock Fintech.
